REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
ATheraphy offers risk-free returns for all items: If within 30 days of the purchase you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will give a full refund or exchange. Item(s) purchased may be returned up to 90 days for a store credit, a 50% discount off a new purchase after 45 days for any kind of misuse issues.
All cases have a lifetime quality care warranty of $30.00 replacement if pass the 90 day warranty period plus shipping costs.
If the TVLPK case is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 10 days of purchase. After that a store credit will be offered. Your dated receipt is required.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges for out of warranty products.
If any item is damaged, please take a photo of the item and email it to support@tvlpkcases.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping address. No return will be accepted without an RMA. After we will assign you an RMA usually within 48 hours. You will then place the item (s) securely in the original packaging and materials and mail it back to the supplied address for a full refund.
To make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible, follow this checklist:
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Contact support@tvlpkcases.com
- Send a copy of your receipt
- Request an RMA
- List the item(s) you would like to return and reason along with a detailed description of the issue(s).
- Wait for response email.
- Repack the item in the original box, with the original packing materials.
- Write the RMA on the outside of your box, and a slip inside and mail.
- Once the return is received please allow up to three business days of receiving the return for a conformation email.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the return. During this time, we’ll inspect the item(s) to make sure it was returned in like-new condition. If the item(s) is not in like-new condition, or is missing any original accessories, a restocking fee will be charged.
INTERNATIONAL FEES and RETURNS

The message must include:
- Receipt or where purchased, and date
- Any problems to be addressed
Once emailed, we will give you a return merchandise authorization number. (RMA)

WARRANTY RETURNS
To initiate a warranty return, please take a photo or video showing the issue with the item, and email it to support@tvlpkcases.com ATTN: W30
Please attach a copy of purchase/order and date.
Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process your request. Once the request is approved, we will ship a replacement item to you. Our standard shipping policies apply for the replacement. If the original item that you purchased is no longer available we will contact you.You should submitted photos or videos documenting that your item had a defect or damaged within the 10 day period. The 30 day warranty period you will receive full refund or replacement of choice and your original method of payment return. See above for any other terms.
REFUND TIMES
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process the return.
Once we have processed your return, we will notify you, please allow 7-10 days for your refund to post to your credit card.
RESTOCKING FEES
If an item is returned but is damaged, missing a box or accessories, or is otherwise unfit for use or resale, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged and you may only get up to 50% of product value as a store credit.
