Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund/exchange or store credit for up to 90 days, after 45 days you will receive a store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at support@tvlpkcases.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping address. No return will be accepted without an RMA. After we will assign an RMA usually within 48 hours, You will then place the item(s) securely in its original packaging with all materials for a full return, Please include your proof of purchase receipt. Return shipping charges will be paid by ATheraphy up to 30 days after purchase, after that the buyer will be responsible for shipping and the return fees.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s) we will process your return minus any damages outside of normal use. Please allow seven (7) days from receipt of your item to be processed for the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the card processing company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and your refund is in progress

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 10 days of purchase at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. After that, only store credit will be issued.
